Thefrontpanelconsistsofapowerswitch,IRreceiver,

andanUSBport.

1.PowerSwitch

ThisPOWERbuttononthefrontoftheunitwillturn

the unit on and off. It is used in conjunction with the

main power switch on the rear of the unit.

1.EnsurepowersupplyswitchisintheONposition

(onbackpanel)

2.StarttheunitbypressingthePOWERbutton

2.IRReceiver

TheIRReceiverisusedwiththeincludedremote

control.

3.USBPort

TheUSBportcanbeusedtoofoadmediafromand

totheDVP.ItcanalsobeusedtosetorcaptureanIP

address.SeetheNetworkCongurationsectionforUSB

IPaddressconguration.

UsethisinformationwhenyourstpurchasetheDVP

and when you are ready to install the hardware at

your site. To turn on the unit ensure the power supply

switch is in the ON position then start the unit by

pressingthePOWERbutton.
